I really enjoyed reading this article written by  David R. Hamilton, Ph.D. and posted on Huff Post Healthy Living. He references a few studies that point to what a difference a positive attitude can make in your life. I believe that being positive makes you feel more energetic and more upbeat about life in general. This article shows that there may be positive physical health benefits as well. So keep smiling and remember the  “glass is always half full!”
